***
Sarah holds multiple world cup and world championship medals in the sport of rowing, and is a 2 x Olympian, representing Australia in the 2008 and 2012 Olympic Games, in the womens pair and womens 8 boats respectively. Sarah successfully transitioned into sailing to try and qualify for the Rio Olympic Games. She is now the head rowing coach at Canberra Grammar School and the lead commentator for World Rowing global broadcast. In this conversation we talk about Sarah’s time as part of the "Motley Crew", leading into the 2012 London Olympic Games, where Sarah and her crew fought for parity in women's rowing. This was a truly inspiring story and fascinating to hear her perspective.  We also discuss the unlikely transition into sailing and her experiences moving away from professional sport. This was a great chat with Sarah and I hope you guys enjoy it!
